We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for weekend tours which fill up quickly in peak season (January–February). For private charter ice fishing trips, 7–10 days notice is preferred. Last-minute bookings are possible if spots are available — just call us directly.
Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before the trip. 50% refund for cancellations 24–48 hours before. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure. We will reschedule at no charge if the trip is cancelled due to unsafe ice conditions or extreme weather — your safety always comes first.
Yes, we accept cash payment (UZS or USD) on the morning of the trip. Bank transfer is also accepted at booking time to secure your spot. Credit/debit card processing is available at our Tashkent office during business hours.
